Ouachita Timber is a 529-acre tract that borders over 340,000 acres of the Ouachita National Forest.  This tract is primarily pine timber with a good mixture of hardwoods.  The Northern border is Poteau Mountain Road serving as property access.  A main transmission line runs through the property, offering incredible access to multiple interior logging roads.  Several wet weather creeks can be found in the low areas.
