LOCATION: Located 7.5 miles Northeast of Hico, 3B Ranch is in a great location and a highly desireable part of Central Texas, approximately 90 miles south of Dallas and 75 miles south of Ft. Worth. DIRECTIONS: From Dallas or Ft. Worth, take US 67 south to Glen Rose. Continue from Glen Rose on US 67 south, 12.1 miles to TX 220. Turn left on TX 220 toward Hico and go 4.8 miles to Erath CR 452 on left. Continue 4.0 miles on CR 452 to a T intersection into Bosque CR 2425. Turn right on CR 2425 and continue 0.5 miles to red pipe entrance on right. DESCRIPTION: Under family ownership since the late 1800's, 3B Ranch has historically been enjoyed as a great combination ranch property. Featuring beautiful hilltop views, excellent hunting, plenty of water, and good native grass pastures. The ranch offers numerous potential building sites, outstanding recreation, and good grazing for livestock.
